Healthy and very tasty oatmeal crepes

Enjoy the health-giving qualities of oats, bananas and honey with this wonderful crepe recipe.

For this recipe you need three full tablespoons of oat flour, 2 eggs, a Madeira banana, three tablespoons of skimmed milk.

Start by crushing the banana, add the two eggs and the oat flour, mix everything well and finally the milk. Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little oil and place a ladle of the mixture, let it cook and then turn the crepe over. Use the preparation until the end.

After ready put honey and cinnamon or honey and red fruits. Delicious.
