Dessert oatmeal, banana and coffee

Nutritious, healthy and delicious dessert. Try combining these three ingredients:

One banana, 2 tablespoons of coffee, 3 tablespoons of oat flakes.

Combine the oats and coffee in a bowl, mix well and wait until the oats absorb the coffee well. Then crush a banana well and mix it well with the oatmeal and coffee mixture. Place in the fridge and then serve with cinnamon on top or chocolate or fruit to taste. You can also add a little honey.
