Healthy and diet-friendly orange cake

200 g oat flour; 70 gr of coconut flour; 4 eggs; juice of 3 oranges and the zest of the peels; 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil; 4 spoons of agave or honey; half a teaspoon of yeast.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.

Add the flour and honey or agave to the yolks, then the juice and zest of the oranges, add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well and saving the egg whites until the end.

Take it to the oven at 180º for about 30 minutes, it can be less or more depending on the oven.
