Sugar-free banana muffins

How about ingesting some potassium and magnesium for the muscles. For this recipe you will need three bananas, 8 tablespoons of oatmeal, 5 tablespoons of almond flour, a tablespoon of honey and cinnamon powder, seeds of your choice.

In a bowl, cut the bananas into pieces, place all the remaining ingredients and beat with a hand blender.

On a baking tray, place a sheet of parchment paper and with a spoon make balls leaving a space of two cm between them. Place a little seed on top of each one.

Take it to the oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the oven.
