Sugar free corn cake

For this delicious cake you will need:

  • 300 g canned corn.
  • a cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of honey or two-thirds of a cup of your choice of sweetener.
  • a tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil
  • a tablespoon of baking powder.
  • half a cup of oat bran.

Put everything together in a blender or use a hand blender and bake at 180º in a greased form. Use the toothpick test to check when it’s done, but allow about 20 minutes.
