For this delicious recipe you will need:
Six slices of fresh hake, an onion, four potatoes, olive oil, three cloves of garlic, a leek (optional) a bay leaf, six eggs, salt, parsley.
Cook the hake in boiling water seasoned with salt and half the onion for 7 minutes, then shred it into pieces after cooling and set aside.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray and place the peeled and sliced potatoes without overlapping. Over the potatoes season with salt, a thread of olive oil. This is a healthy option but if you want to fry it you can fry it. In a pan, sauté with olive oil, garlic, leek, bay leaf and the other half of the onion.
Add the potatoes and then the hake. Finally, beat the eggs with a little salt and parsley, mix and cook for a minute or two. A delight.
