Replace your breakfast bread with this freshly made and healthy bread.
You will need: 1 egg; 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt; 2 tablespoons oat flour; a spoonful of grated cheese; salt, 1 teaspoon of yeast; half a teaspoon of powdered or grated garlic (optional).
Beat the egg with the flour, add the yogurt, yeast, salt and garlic if you like. Finally a spoonful of grated cheese. In a non-stick frying pan put the dough on the heat and then turn it over and bon appetite.
