Healthy trick to eat less meat – Minced meat with spaghetti

For this recipe, in addition to being cheaper and much healthier, we will need:

Three hamburgers, olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, a red onion, a bay leaf, 2 carrots, a celery stalk, 5 fresh mushrooms, white wine, 2 heart tomatoes, a teaspoon of saffron, a teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of cumin, a little cayenne pepper, salt, a little tube tomato, spaghetti.

In a pan, place the olive oil, the garlic, the onion, the bay leaf, the carrots cut into squares. Let it cook a little, then cut the celery into small pieces, as well as the mushrooms and add. Let it simmer a little longer and add a little white wine, let the wine reduce and add the crumbled hamburgers as well as the saffron, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, tube tomatoes. Let it cook for a minute and add the two heart tomatoes in small pieces, let it cook over low heat.

Cook the spaghetti separately for ten minutes with salt, drain, add a little meat sauce and serve garnished with a little parsley.
